Congratulations, to Taylor and Pat!! We had a great time celebrating their engagement at Appleton Farms. It was awesome photographing Lindsay and Zak’s wedding at the Hampshire House in Boston (and getting-ready at the Taj Boston). In Lindsay’s own words:

We met at a business dinner during a video game conference called PAX East
in Boston. We both work in video gaming. Zak is a technical artist at Epic
Games (they make Fortnite) and I work as an independent special effects
replica builder for companies who want someone in costume at their expo
booth. I’m also a systems programmer for the department of education. We’re
both super creative and have a lot of fun building things. Our house
contains 2 3D printers, a laser cutter, and an embroidery machine among the
arsenal of tools we have fun creating with. We have a giant cat named,
Jynx.

Super fun Boston City Hall wedding, followed by an intimate and elegant reception at L’Espalier, for these two lovely brides!  Both ladies completed their wedding day attire with fashionable birdcage veils. A dynamic post-ceremony photo stroll took us to City Hall Plaza, Government Center T Station, Union Oyster House, and Faneuil Hall.

Their L’Espalier wedding reception, with family and close friends, was an exquisite meal to remember; topped off with wedding cake baked by the award-winning pastry chief, Jared Bachelor.

An amazing two day celebration!! The celebrations began with gorgeous Henna /Mendhi creations at an intimate gathering for family and friends. The first day culminated in a fun and wild Haldi ceremony where bright yellow Turmeric was slathered onto the bride and groom to-be. The yellow color is auspicious and invites peace and prosperity.

The breathtakingly beautiful OceanCliff resort in Newport Rhode Island set the scene for a spectacular wedding the following day. Sushma and Josh had a heartfelt and fun outdoor ceremony overlooking the scenic Narragansett Bay. After the Western ceremony, Sushma and Josh changed into traditional Indian wedding attire. An elegant outdoor cocktail hour on the rolling lawns of OceanCliff preceded the dinner and party. Boston Sound and Light rockkkked the black mirrored LED lit dance floor!!
