A seaside family home perched on the edge of Good Harbor beach, with views of Salt Island, was a gorgeous location for Greg and Kelly’s engagement portraits. It was a pleasure to photograph these high school sweethearts relaxing at the house, on the beach, and at the local ice cream bar! Enjoy the photos and join us in congratulating Kelly & Greg!
A sumptuous sunset stroll on Wingersheek beach on Boston’s North Shore was a perfect way to celebrate Penny and Rick’s engagement! It was an absolute joy to be with this sweet and affectionate couple! I’m delighted to be getting to know them, and look forward to photographing their wedding next year at the Shalin Liu Performance Center in Rockport, MA.
This particular Bat Mitzvah is especially dear to our hearts. Dessie is the daughter of very close friends of ours. We have watched her grow from an infant to a talented and poised young woman. Temple Sinai in Brookline was a welcoming place to worship and witness Dessie leading the Torah service through her sweet singing and shining personality. The historic and beautiful, Gore Place, in Waltham, MA, was the perfect setting for her joyful and heartfelt celebration. Friends and family, who traveled as far as Israel and Europe, joined in the magic of the moment. Dessie designed her elegant Bat Mitzvah dress, which her mother made by hand. Her amazingly delicious and gourmet cake was also made by her loving mother. Her father’s artistry and eloquence was evident at the temple when he shared his reflections on Dessie’s life and on this momentous day. Many thanks to Marjorie Scarff and her team at Gore Place for her graciousness and excellent work in coordinating the day. Mazel Tov to Dessie and her entire family! Enjoy highlights from a unique and glorious day!
Cape Cod, a classic New England clambake, international family and friends from India, Ireland, and South Africa (just to name a few countries), were some of the unique elements that made Mollie and James’ wedding so special. If I could say anything about Mollie and James, I would first say how delightful it was to be witness to two people who were so overjoyed to be near each other. This gracious couple, married on the auspicious date of 7/11, were basking in the gorgeous Cape Cod light as well as the light of love glowing from within. Cape Cod wedding planner, Jennifer Chagnon and her team from The Pink Polka Dot did great “Day of” coordinating for this lovely event. Enjoy the pictures and join me in congratulating this awesome couple!
Mazel Tov to Yudi, an extraordinary young man who became a Bar Mitzvah two days before making aliyah (moving to Israel) with his entire family. It’s been such a pleasure watching him grow into such a bright, brave, and passionate young man. He is the eldest son of a beloved couple, Rabbi Baruch HaLevi (now Rabbi Emeritus of Congregation Shirat Hayam in Swampscott, MA) and Ariela HaLevi (founder of ShalOM Healing & Yoga). Yudi is a mover and shaker in his own right. Enjoy the photos and join us in wishing Yudi a life full of adventure and meaningful contribution to his homeland, Israel, and the world.
