Michele Mottola at Special Events Consulting says:

“It is obvious that David Tucker loves what he does as his pictures always represent the essence of the person who is on the other end of the camera. He is warm, compassionate and so unbelievably talented.   David always scouts out his locations prior and makes many considerations that include LIGHTING,  background, accessibility, timing and ease for guests being photographed all before the event is in full swing. This pro activeness absolutely contributes to the success of any event.  I know my clients are in great hands when they select David Tucker, it is off my list of things to worry about.”

Remembering this wonderful portrait session on Cape Cod this summer. In my client’s own words:

“David photographed my grandchildren at my seaside cottage. The result were images (several of each child) far beyond my expectations. David was able to catch nuanced expressions. Looking at their faces through David’s eyes, I can see each of their characters as I’d never before. David has taken portraiture to a new level.”

What a spectacular Boston wedding! Natalia & Michael exchanged vows at the awe inspiring Church of the Covenant on the corner of Newbury and Berkeley streets. Unique formal photos were taken in front of the stunning Restoration Hardware (The Gallery Historic at the Historic Museum of Natural History) and the Beacon Hill Pub, a favorite of the locals, where this dynamic couple met. Their friend’s 1965 Rolls Royce transported them, in style, to their reception at the gorgeous Intercontinental Hotel. They celebrated their marriage with a warm group of family and friends who joined in the fun throughout the evening. A highlight was the “Hora Loca”, a traditional Colombian dance, performed with professional dancers, honoring Natalia’s native Colombia. Hannah Brille of Blue Ivy Events did a superb job of bringing everything together for this amazing occasion. Please enjoy the highlights and join me in congratulating Natalia & Michael!!

What can I say? Emily & Ramy’s spirited and intimate Persian wedding at the Pierce House in Lincoln was just incredible! This vivacious couple, Iranian American and Egyptian respectively, were wed in the traditional Persian manner. Their ceremony took place under a lace canopy with a beautiful “Sofre aght” (ceremonial wedding table) adorned with flowers as well as symbolic objects and foods. Sharing a taste of honey was a sweet and magical ceremonial moment. Friends also ritually ground a light dusting of sugar over their heads onto the lace canopy. Family and friends were overflowing with love and good wishes for this dynamic and handsome pair. The traditional Persian food, catered by Melissa Jalilian of Fiouna Catering Persian Cuisine, was some of the best food I’ve ever tasted in my life. Enjoy the highlights and please join us in congratulating Emily & Ramy!

These star struck lovers were excited by the idea of engagement portraits under the starry sky. With flashlights in hand, a headlamp, tripod, and a full kit of cameras and lenses, we headed to the magical seaside rocks at Stage Fort Park in Gloucester, MA. Catherine and Tom, avid students of astronomy, felt right at home cozying up beneath the star strewn sky. A relaxed trip to Captain Dusty’s Ice Cream Parlor in Manchester by the Sea made for a perfectly delicious evening. Enjoy highlights from this star gazing adventure and join us in congratulating this adorable couple.

Jenn and Sotiris were so much fun to be with on their wedding day! Their Greek Orthodox ceremony at the Annunciation Church was rich with spiritual symbolism and visual beauty. It was a perfect day for a romantic stroll in the Boston Public Garden. Thanks to Courtney Graham of Marrero Events for coordinating this joyful celebration and Alexa Provenzano at the elegant Hyatt Regency Hotel in Boston. Enjoy these wedding highlights and join me in congratulating this awesome couple!
