It was an awesome day photographing Megan and Erik’s sensational wedding! The spirit of love and the warmth of the holidays was in the air. They had a romantic first look and stroll through the lobby of the Ritz Carlton, Boston. The elegant Ritz Carlton was decked out with enchanting holiday decorations. This included a life-sized, bedazzled, chocolate ballerina proudly made in the likeness of The Sugar Plum Fairy from Boston Ballet’s, The Nutcracker, by Ritz Carlton Pastry Chef, Kerry Meister.
From there, they whisked off to St. Ignatius Church on the Boston College campus in Chestnut Hill for their ceremony. After the ceremony, Megan and Erik’s wedding party had a blast at the Boston College hockey rink, Bapst Art Library, and Gasson Hall. The architecture at Boston College is absolutely breathtaking and provided a fantastic backdrop for photos!
Gabrielle Stone of Stone Event Planning and her extraordinary team, along with Brittany Boldizsar at the Ritz, created an enchanting environment for a spectacularly beautiful wedding reception. Thanks to Frost Lighting, Orly Khon Floral Boutique (inside the Restoration Hardware), and Cakes to Remember for adding their own sweet magic to the day.
