Perhaps the Lady smiles at all the flowers

That had so many days of clouds, rain,

And some days howled with winds and thunder

 

But on this wedding day the Lady smiles at the flowers

That blossom among the creatures

 

There a lady donned a veil of all veils

Her groom beamed with smiles for his wife to be.

For her, he waited twenty five years

For him, she waited twenty five years

 

The Lady of Heaven smiles at all the flowers

Who roam among the creatures

On our wedding day.
