It was an absolute delight to photograph Matt and Grace’s intimate seaside wedding. These two love birds have a most amazing story of meeting when they were younger growing up on Boston’s North Shore. They knew in their hearts they were destined to be. It just took a few twists and turns, filled mostly with great joys, to come to this moment in time – and take the leap! It was such a pleasure to see Grace and Matt, and their beautiful families coming together. Enjoy the photos!!

Braden is such an inspiring young man!! It was an honor and pleasure to photograph, and be an artistic witness, for him and his family. While the beautiful bar Mitzvah service was being conducted, and Braden was chanting his Torah parsha, Janie Haas and her team were creating a spectacular party in the reception hall for the evening festivities. The service, as well as the party, was set in what is arguably one of the Boston area’s most spectacular Jewish temples, Temple Ohabai Shalom. Taylor and Pat are such an awesome, nature-loving (and canine-loving) couple! We had so much fun photographing them!

On a crisp Autumn day, Taylor and Pat warmed the hearts of their family and guests alike as they celebrated their love for each other.  Their outdoor ceremony took place overlooking the idyllic salt marshes, tidal rivers, and woodlands of Ipswich, MA on Cape Ann.  Pat’s father officiated the ceremony; incorporating writing and inspiring quotes gathered by Pat’s mother for this special occasion. A joyful reception took place, nestled in the historic Italian-style Barn at The Crane Estate with it’s warm terra-cotta walls and post-and-beam interior. Congratulations to Sarah and John!! What an amazing North Shore wedding and reception!! Sarah and John are such an easy-going, fun-loving couple and it was awesome photographing them. They originally met at the historic Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead a number of summers ago when they were both working as lifeguards. So they have a very special connection to this gorgeous seaside venue.

Directly after the ceremony, on the beautiful Somoset porch overlooking Marblehead harbor, the family and guests watched as the couple descended to the harbor’s edge for the time-honored tradition of Evening Colors. This is when all the yacht clubs in the area simultaneously fire their cannons at sunset followed by a solemn lowering of the flag. John swung the giant mallet and set off the Eastern Yacht Club cannon. The command, “Carry on” followed; concluding the naval tradition and ushering in the exuberant wedding festivities.

Check out their unique cannoli cutting (cannolis were homemade by Mom!!), awesome dancing pics, and their sparkler exit!!
