"I've had the privilege of witnessing most special moments in people's lives. These are my artistic muse and inspiration, I wish to reflect this beauty back to those who shared it with me. This creation becomes a part of a family legacy and history"

  • Michele Mottola at Special Events Consulting says:

“It is obvious that David Tucker loves what he does as his pictures always represent the essence of the person who is on the other end of the camera. He is warm, compassionate and so unbelievably talented.   David always scouts out his locations prior and makes many considerations that include LIGHTING,  background, accessibility, timing and ease for guests being photographed all before the event is in full swing. This pro activeness absolutely contributes to the success of any event.  I know my clients are in great hands when they select David Tucker, it is off my list of things to worry about.”

Bliss Celebrations Magazine and Ezine

We’re so excited by our inclusion in Bliss Celebrations 2012 Magazine and e-zine. Our photos were featured in their latest edition with a spot light on Megan and Lakshman’s luxurious wedding at the Four Seasons Hotel. This beautiful wedding, combining Hindu and Catholic traditions, was sumptuously designed by Michele Mottola Special Event Consulting, with Lighting Design by Suzanne B. Lowell.
Rich colors and textures reflected warmth and joy. Complete with Bhangra dancers, this was a photographer’s paradise!

Portrait of Rabbi Baruch HaLevi, Swampscott

Rabbi Baruch HaLevi, who is affectionally called Rabbi “B”, is an interesting and inspiring figure in the community. He’s steadily reviving interest in Judaism, spirituality and actively promoting peace and understanding among the different religions. From his website: Ultimately, Rabbi B is committed to reclaiming an inspired Judaism, fostering an inclusive Jewish community and building bridges between the Jewish community and Christian, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Secular….brothers and sisters – whomever they are, wherever they are.

I enjoyed photographing him the other day, and came up with this set of portraits.

Eric and Jim’s wedding at the Coolige Corner Cinema in Brookline

An absolutely beautiful day filled with the spirit of love, joy and fun. I was happy to be Eric and Jim’s artistic witness as friends and family gathered to celebrate their wedding at the Coolidge Corner Theater in Brookline Ma. This renovated Art Deco cinema provided the coolest setting for a high spirited affair. The reception was held at the elegant and hip urban restaurant “Church” in the Fenway area of Boston.  Enjoy the photos and please leave your best wishes for Eric and Jim. Thanks!

Dottie Glace - What a marvelous thing to have a photographer who truly captured the internal spirit of your wedding day, as well as observing the obvious beauty and revelry that anyone could have seen. Your pictures are outstanding compositions of a couple truly blessed with the love of many and the love of each other.

Danielle Terranova - David, it was 10 years ago that I worked with you last before Jim and Eric’s wedding. In that time, I never forgot your name or the beautiful images you created and I remember telling this couple that if they did nothing other than hire you, their day would be amazing. You certainly did not disappoint because these photos are extraordinary. The lighting is so dramatic and incredible! It looks as though you managed to capture every sweet memory I have of everyone that day – a feat made even more amazing by that fact that I never felt one second that the day was just about taking photos. You truly have a gift!
